God often has to use a “kick” to wake us up from false realities that He didn’t desire us to stay in. It’s not always easy to be rudely awakened, but to escape into His fresh perspective is always worth it. He surely knows best.
Whether it’s a new revelation of scripture that makes the rest change, or a relationship that fails, a relative that makes bad decisions, a friend that flips out, a job that disappears; God is still on the thrown and He knows what’s He’s doing. Cling to Him, seek to maintain His perspective. Don’t build a world around your limited perspective. Thank God for “the kick”!
