Today, I slept in a little longer than usual and then began my routine that starts with the Word,  breakfast and coffee at the dining table. Then, when that’s done, I usually go upstairs to pray and do some more reading. This morning, after I got up from the table I decided that I would watch a movie instead of going upstairs to pray. On my way to the living room to find a movie, my dog knew my routine so well that she anticipated my going upstairs to pray, and ran ahead of me upstairs. I couldn’t disappoint her, so up I went after her chasing down God who wanted to spend time with me.

Love that dog. Love the way God uses all things to show His goodness.
